Okay, so technically Canada is American (since he's part of the Americas), but, come on. I'm not the only one who thinks of the US when they hear America. Any other country in the Americas is referred to as just their country's name, but the US is known by two names.
Yeah, I'm a lazy @$$. I didn't feel the need to color anything else but America and Canada.
